In most cases, if you pay for a Course, you can request a refund within 1 week (7 days) after your payment.
Once you have earned your Course Certificate, you are no longer eligible for a refund, even if you earn your Certificate within the one-week refund period.
Please note, however, that refunds are only available for courses purchased on the Online Wine Academy website (at www.OnlineWineAcademy .com) any courses purchased through a third-party website will not be eligible for cash refunds (for more details on refund restrictions, please see below). For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a course, please let us know through the Contact Support form. We're here to help.
Reasons for Denied Refunds
While our 7-day refund policy is in place to protect students, we must also protect our instructors from fraud and provide a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are sent to instructors after 7 days, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window.
If all course content was downloaded or completed before the refund was requested or you have already earned your Course Certificate, the refund request will be rejected.
Finally, students who purchase and refund multiple courses over an extended period may be subject to suspension for abuse of the refund policy.
Refunds for Bundles Purchased Through Third Party
If you purchased the course through a third-party vendor, unfortunately, we cannot process your refund. Since we did not process the original payment, we do not have the transaction on file, and cannot initiate a refund for you. Please contact the third-party vendor directly to request a refund.
